Clinical Reflexology is a complimentary health therapy using pressure techniques on the reflex points on the hands and feet, stimulating the body’s own healing response. The reflex points mirror the organs, glands and parts of the body. After your first treatment an individual treatment plan will be tailored to meet what imbalances are identified.

I completed my training with Christine Jackson Reflexology at the Health Barn, Askham, Penrith. The diploma was very rich in content, which helped me to really dive into how reflexology can support and help people of all ages. It’s a privilege to create a warm safe environment where my clients can relax, unwind and restore some wellness back into their lives.

Clinical Reflexology sessions for women are available at The Lounge, Main Street, Egremont, West Cumbria. I work Mondays and Wednesdays, with one Saturday per month and one Wednesday late evening.
