Clinical Reflexology is a complimentary health therapy using pressure techniques on the reflex points on the hands and feet, stimulating the body’s own healing response. The reflex points mirror the organs, glands and parts of the body. After your first treatment an individual treatment plan will be tailored to meet what imbalances are identified.

I completed my Professional Reflexology Diploma in Clinical Reflexology with Christine Jackson Reflexology at the Health Barn, Askham, Penrith. The diploma was very rich in content, which helped me to really dive into how reflexology can support and help people of all ages. It’s a privilege to create a warm safe environment where my clients can relax, unwind and restore some wellness back into their body’s.

I am a full member of Complementary Health Professionals who affirm that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Clinical Reflexology.

My women’s clinic is based at Unit 9, Phoenix Court, Earl Street, Cleator Moor, West Cumbria. I have availability Monday-Saturday with varying hours each week, so it’s always worth checking each week for your preferred time to book. It’s worth noting that there is a set of stairs leading up to the treatment room.
